Last Knives:

The knife is one of the oldest tools of man, and it always played an important role in the survival of the human race. After the use of diverse materials throughout the times, the iron started to have a more generalized use from about 1000 B.C. Although, before this date, the iron was already known in the Middle East, became common in the Europe through Greece. The Greek and Roman legions possessed iron swords and the iron knives were generally used. Homero describes, in his Odyssey, the production of a battle axe made of iron, with the process of immersing the hot iron in cold water. Since the preparation of food, the hunting, fishing and the outdoor activities, passing through that small folder knife that we carry in the pocket, the knife has always been present in our every day lives. The beautiful knives made by craftsmen are the living example of their abilities and of the pride they have in this millenarian activity. The knife is established with the origin of the humanity and continues to be object of desire.
